What is cleared in a property clearing session?

During a house (or property) clearing, we check upon the following possible energetic issues:

  • Interdimensional Parasites

Inter-dimensional parasites are non-physical negative entities that can move between dimensions (different planes of existence). They can attach themselves to a particular property, utilising the energy of all residing living beings, and even the ‘liveliness’ of the house itself.

  • AI Interferences

These negative influences are non-human, and most of the time placed strategically to interfere with easily flowing energy, to gain power over a stream of energy or to manipulate one's perception. These are mostly found in all electronics such as smart watches, phones, TV and video games. These can be found in a property, if such energy is present with a current or past occupant.

  • Earthbounds

These are spirits who have not peacefully crossed over to the light, but have unintentionally (due to shock) or intentionally (due to attachments) stayed lingering the Earth. These kind of spirits often 'piggy back' a human energy that feels familiar to them. The history of the property determines the kind and the amount of earthbounds that may be present in that property.

  • Elemental Energies

Elemental spirits belong to earth, air, water, and fire. They are part of nature and usually positive. However, some can be tainted by human negativity and turn mischievous.

  • Dark Forces Entities

Here we are referring to non-human entities. These generally are the source of negative emotions, issues like headaches or body aches, anxiety, depression and compulsive behaviour. These can be present in a property if any of the current occupants have attachments. 

  • Portals

A property can develop negative energetic portals due to several factors, for instance, a person with significant negative or unresolved emotional issues, can be such a portal. Places where historical events such as battles or tragedies happened, may have portals. Furthermore, spirits that have not yet moved n to the light or negative entities, may use portals to linger in that space.

  • Curses

A property can have energetic curses when negative intentions, emotions, or rituals have been directed toward it, either intentionally or unintentionally. These curses can be placed by previous occupants, visitors, or even through the land’s history, becoming embedded in the property’s energetic field.

  • Cords

 A property can have negative energetic cords when it becomes connected to past events, emotions, or entities that hold negative energy. These cords may form from traumatic experiences, conflicts or negative emotions experienced by the current or previous occupant, or even from unresolved spiritual activities taking place within the space.

  • Contracts

Energetic contracts in a house refer to the unseen agreements. Occupants have their own energetic connections, unresolved issues, emotional baggage or even spiritual attachments, that will affect the energy of the property. Significantly “big” energies might become a part of the property’s energetical blue print.

Different aspects of a house clearing:

  • Both inside the house and its outside surroundings.

  • Geopathic lines: Underground water streams, fault lines (cracks, or shifts in the Earth's crust can emit energies), mineral deposits (natural formations that can distort the Earth's energy flow), man-made structures (tunnels or mines).
  • Structural: Walls and ceilings.
  • Entry ways: Fireplace, chimney, windows and all doorways
  • Foundations: Any residual energy from previous buildings, built on the same foundation
  • Movable objects: Furniture, fittings and decorations

A house clearing ensures that any fragmented energies are reintegrated and purified. These will be replaced by positive energy and protection.
